Easy question, easy answer. No.

I'd also like to place a bet that it will not go live in June as well.

As any videophile in the world can tell you, streaming HD video eats bandwidth like there's no tomorrow - and rather than collapse under our own debt within a month, we'd prefer to find a solution which will allow us to run freely, without having to shut down most of our servers, or forcing a paid subscription.

This really worries me. You mean to say that you're still trying to secure funding to pay for all this bandwidth you'll need to stream HD video? One of the reasons Stage6 failed was high maintenance and bandwidth costs.

Without revealing too much, I can assure you that we're financially stable.

With all due respect, you've revealed nothing and addressed no concerns. Getting a video streaming site up and running is the easy bit when compared to keeping it up and running. When (or if) you get even a small fraction of the 17 million monthly visitors that Stage6 boasted - you need an awful lot of money to keep things going and maintain a happy user community.

Fobbing people of with statements along the lines of, "Just wait, it's all going to be great." only succeeds in raising hopes that have no basis in reality.
